Jaspo 25 Aug, pm. I highly doubt the links were removed because of author request. Most of these modders were hard to contact back in , let alone now. I know I made no such request, and yet the link for my Star Destroyer map is most definitely removed. The links were probably Mediafire links, which Steam now automatically removes. Apparently the site had problems with some of its popup ads containing malicious software Pity the fool without an ad blocker I guess.

Additionally, if any were Filefront links, that site died a while ago, and they wouldn't work anymore. However the link would probably still be there, but be dead, if that were the case.
